As you probably know by now I'm a TEFL teacher. One of the great things about being a teacher is all the lesson plans out there that are already done for you. It's great to bounce ideas off of each other and ask for advice.
Here are a few of my favorite links for lesson planning, game ideas, conversation topics and for just plain finding a job:
Taiwan English - A games database set up by a colleague
TEFLtastic - Alex Case puts together tons of worksheets and lesson plans. Some are specific to some of the most widely used TEFL textbooks.
Dave's ESL Cafe - Go here to find a job. Search the forum to talk to folks about their experiences teaching in certain areas (or even with particular schools). Also some lesson plans and game ideas.
TEFL.net - Find a job. Get help with lesson plans. Even find ready-made tests.
